The Lost VisionThe Lost Vision: the Philippine Left, 1986-2010 by Ken Fuller the third volume in his history of the Philippine left, will be launched by University of the Philippines Press later this month.

KEN FULLER is a former labor union official from London. He has resided in the Philippines since 2003, having first visited the country in 1989. His Radical Aristocrats, a labor history of London bus workers, was published in London by Lawrence & Wishart in 1985. In 2007 the University of the Philippines Press published his Forcing the Pace: the Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas, from Foundation to Armed Struggle. A finalist for the National Book Award the following year, in 2011 this was republished as an ebook by Flipside/UP Press.
This was followed by A Movement Divided: Philippine Communism, 1957-1986 (University of the Philippines Press, 2011), The Long Crisis: Gloria Macapagal and Philippine Underdevelopment(Flipside, 2013)
He has also written two (so far unpublished) novels since arriving in the Philippines and plans to devote more time to fiction. He writes a weekly column for the Daily Tribune (Manila) and occasional features for progressive publications in London.
